Mr. Farooqi has had extensive legal experience in both private and government bodies. 

Mr. Farooqi holds an L.L.B degree from Punjab University, along with a master’s in Economics for Competition Law from King’s College, London, Post Graduate Diploma in EU Competition Law, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Trade Law from International Islamic University, Islamabad. At present he is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court and is awaiting his interview to be on the roll of the Supreme Court.

Mr. Farooqi has worked at various leading top-tier law firms of the country and has served as a Legal Consultant for the Attorney General of Pakistan, as well as in the Privatization Commission of Pakistan, and Competition Commission of Pakistan. Mr. Farooqi provides services in all aspects of litigation i.e., civil, criminal, corporate and regulatory matters and providing advisory services with reference to various contentious and non-contentious matters. Furthermore, he specialises in Regulatory Compliances, licensing requirements of various Regulators, Intellectual Property Rights, Procurements Laws, Competition Laws, Company and Labour Laws.
